SUMMARY:Advent Workshop: Writing as a Spiritual Practice
DESCRIPTION:Before the rush of Christmas arrives, give yourself the gift of quiet, reflection, and prayerful attention. Presented by the Center for Wellbeing and Care and facilitated by The Reverend Connor Gwin, this Advent workshop will explore writing as a spiritual practice. A way of slowing down, listening deeply, and becoming more present to God, ourselves, and the season.\nThrough guided writing prompts, spacious silence, and time for personal reflection, participants will be invited to get centered before Christmas and begin building a simple spiritual writing practice they can carry into everyday life. All levels of writing ability and experience are welcome; no prior writing practice is needed.\nLunch will be provided. The cost is $15, and registration is required.\n
