Finding God on the Mountaintop | Men’s Mt. LeConte Hike

Do want to make a short pilgrimage? Want to find new friends and enjoy the beauty of nature? Join Stuart Garner and Associate Rector Allen Pruitt for this three-day chance to recharge and gain a new perspective.

For years, the men of Christ Church have hiked to the top of Mt. LeConte in the Great Smoky Mountains. There is no electricity and no WiFi, so the trip offers an opportunity to unplug, enjoy mountain hiking, and eat together in rustic cabins lit with kerosene lanterns and flashlights. This annual trip has created a meaningful bond among all who have come. We currently have 18 men signed up, with a maximum of 24.
