New Candles, New Season

At every Life Group and Youth Council meeting, students light a small beeswax candle it and share where they have seen God in their lives.

The candle serves as a testimony to the steadfast love of God in the lives of these young people. At the end of the school year, this wax is reformed into new candles.

These new candles are gifted to graduating seniors. These candles, taken school and into this new season, are a reminder of the prayers shared together. Each flicker serving an invitation to look for God in new, perhaps smallest, of spaces and places.
