Contemporary Eucharist with Confirmation

The Right Reverend Jennifer Brooke-Davidson, Bishop of North Carolina, will preach and preside over confirmation during this special worship service which includes scripture, prayers, a sermon, communion, music, and confirmation. Confirmation is the rite in which candidates make a mature public reaffirmation of their faith and receive strength from the Holy Spirit through prayer and the laying on of hands by a bishop.
