Cultivating Love That Lasts: Integrating Spirituality and Relationship Health for Overall Wellbeing

Couples of all ages and stages are invited to participate in a meaningful and enriching weekend workshop, facilitated by Lisa Cashion, LCMHC, NCC, designed to strengthen your bond and equip you with the tools to build a thriving, lasting relationship. We will focus on healthy practices in committed relationships – including communication and self-awareness – and develop understanding of how these practices shape our wellbeing.

Friday (02/07) 6:00 to 8:00 pm | Why Relationships Matter – A casual dinner and presentation on Grace in Relationships as well as Relational Wellbeing as a Facet of Overall Health featuring Lisa Cashion and The Reverend Connor Gwin.

Saturday (02/08) 9:00 am to Noon | Prioritizing Connection in the Organized Chaos – An interactive workshop specifically for couples with young children that will focus on connection, communication, and self-awareness led by Lisa Cashion. Childcare will be offered for this session only upon request.

[Lunch] 

Saturday (02/08) 1:00 to 4:00 pm | Learning the Language – An interactive workshop focused on mindful communication for couples at all stages drawing on evidence-based research and spirituality to strengthen the connection led by Lisa Cashion.
