Just One Heart: A Cardiologist’s Guide to Healing, Health, and Happiness
February is American Heart Awareness Month and we are thrilled to welcome Dr. Jonathan Fisher as our guest speaker on February 26. Dr. Fisher is a Harvard-trained cardiologist, mindfulness teacher, and organizational wellbeing leader dedicated to training the mind and healing the heart. With over three decades of experience—and a deeply personal journey through anxiety and burnout—Dr. Fisher bridges cardiology and mindfulness to help leaders and teams thrive in high-pressure environments.
In his best-selling book, Just One Heart, Dr. Fisher blends modern science, ancient wisdom, and personal stories to reveal how caring for the heart—physically, emotionally, socially, and spiritually—can transform not just our well-being, but the world around us.
Join us in the Blue Room from 10:15* to 11 am for this informative discussion, and meet with Dr. Fisher during his book signing from 11 – 11:30 am. You may purchase his book at a discounted price ($20) while registering. We will also have books available at the meeting. Plan to stay for lunch ($10) and conversation afterwards. Questions?
