Women’s Lifeline Bible Study
A multigenerational community of women who gather to deepen their understanding of God’s Word and cultivate meaningful friendships. All women are welcome—invite a friend and join us as we grow in faith and community together.
This fall we will use Tish Harrison Warren’s newest book, What Grows in Weary Lands as our guide through an 8-week study. Registration is $10 (book and discussion guide)
Individually, we will read one chapter per week at home, then gather together to share insights, thoughts, and observations through a facilitated discussion.

- September 29 – Chapter 3
- October 6 – Chapter 4
- October 13 – Chapter 5
- October 20 – Chapter 6
- October 27 – Chapter 7
- November 3 – Chapter 8
- November 10 – Fellowship Brunch
Lifeline breaks during the winter, then gathers again in the spring for another 8-week session featuring a more traditional scripture-based bible study with lessons and chapters we review together.
Both sessions introduce beautiful opportunities for making new connections with other women at Christ Church, as well as opportunities for personal growth and renewal. Some weeks, life gets the best of us and the reading doesn’t happen – but by grace, the learning and the fellowship still abounds. We are here for it all, and we hope you will join us!
