Soul Care 101

As Christians, we are all called to tend to our spiritual wellbeing like a gardener tends to the seed and soil. This one-hour workshop offered through The Center for Wellbeing and Care will provide the foundation for understanding the spiritual life and will equip participants with the tools needed to nurture and grow your faith through accessible spiritual practices. This workshop will be facilitated by Alice DeVries and The Reverend Connor Gwin.
