Soul Care 201

Soul Care 201 is a four-week invitation to go deeper into a practiced, embodied spiritual life. Building on the foundation laid in Soul Care 101, this class introduces a wider spectrum of Christian spiritual practices (silent prayer, guided journaling, gentle movement, and more) designed to help you listen for God with your whole self. Together we’ll explore rhythms that nurture attentiveness, resilience, and intimacy with God in everyday life.

This series will be led by Alice DeVries and The Reverend Connor Gwin.
