Yoga for the Spirit
Yoga for the Spirit is led by parishioner Joyce Cmiel. All are welcome to our calming practice to unite body, mind and spirit, regardless of limitations. The class is gentle and offers yoga and meditation, slow flow with attention to the breath and mindfulness developing pain-free strength, flexibility and range of motion.
